Stores and restaurants are an easy drive from this place in Indio. 20-30 minutes to the Palm Spring highlights near by. This home is for sale as of now, so things may change some but I can't imagine they'd change too much. ”

“This is a great property for a larger group. It is spacious, but a bit dated. The furniture is sufficient and in good shape. It was super nice to have two refrigerators in the kitchen, especially if you have a large group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good assortment of pillows. The outdoor area is fantastic and during the time we were here, it was very quiet.”

We were very comfortable for 8 adults, and we had plenty of space for 3-4 additional day visitors who stopped by to enjoy an intimate private chef dinner, brunch, and pool day with bbq over the July 4th weekend. The house and furnishing were comfortable; felt very welcoming and cozy.
