“Room wasn't ready by check-in time and they wanted to put us out by the quiet pool with a child. So I asked if something else could be done and we had a room change. So make sure if you have children you're not at the quiet pool cuz that would have not worked out. Second thing was the maid service, when we did get into the unit it had trash in the kitchen a lot of trash! The floors weren't that clean, we all had dirty feet at the end of the day, so everybody got a foot bath even though we had...
