“Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". I could see from the parking that many mountain side rooms are available ! The motel is right on the 5 freeway. The noise is much less on the mountain side. Noise is the main issue with this motel. But other than this,...

“Likes: cold AC in the room, hot water in the bathroom and sink comes in seconds, staff are so nice, polite and helpfull, firmness of the beds are good Dislikes: ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken, working ice machine by yhe elevator/1st flr was not very clean and was also leaking. There was a puddle of water in front of the elevator. There was a dead big cockroach in front of our room (outside). Overall, for the price and a 2 star rating, its ok...but could be cleaner”
