Questo 8 camere da letto, 8. 5 bagni Crystal Beach Masterpiece è una BUONA NUOVISSIMA ed è il luogo ideale se si desidera rilassarsi e creare una vacanza in famiglia indimenticabile! King's Castle è l'ultima casa di lusso ultra di Destin che stavate cercando! Una delle più grandi case di Crystal Beach è davvero uno spettacolo unico a mezzo isolato dalle spiagge bianche e candide del destino. Questa casa dispone di 3 piani, quasi 4.000 mq. Ft. di spazio di vita eccezionale, balconi con vista sulla spiaggia e un ampio cortile privato recintato di 6 piedi recintato con piscina riscaldata 30x15 e vasca idromassaggio cascata a cascata 8x5! Abbastanza parcheggio per 9 auto che non è una scoperta facile quando si tratta di vivere sulla spiaggia!

Sei solo a un isolato da numerosi punti ristoro ea pochi isolati a piedi da Commons Commons, bowling, locali notturni, negozi, cinema e molto altro! Goditi le spiagge incontaminate, la sabbia perfettamente curata. In serata organizza un falò sulla spiaggia o il matrimonio dei tuoi sogni!

Kings Castle dispone di 6 suite king con bagno privato en-suite e 2 incredibili camere a castello personalizzate con bagno privato en-suite pure. Rilassati in uno dei due salotti con cucine completamente attrezzate, fabbricatori di ghiaccio e mini-frigo in tutto. La piscina riscaldata con acqua salata allineata con palme è una delle piscine più grandi di Crystal Beach ed è dotata di una cucina completa all'aperto e di tavoli da pranzo all'aperto perfetti per cenare sotto le stelle o come sfondo per una bella cerimonia matrimoniale. C'è un sacco di lussuosi posti a sedere e sedie a sdraio sul retro per tutti nel tuo gruppo con wifi ad alta velocità, giochi e film gratuiti, smart TV, Netflix, Hulu e più disponibili per il vostro divertimento!

Appena entrati dalla porta principale, rimarrai incantato dalle caratteristiche uniche, tra cui mobili progettati e costruiti su misura. Ripiani in granito e marmo e piastrelle oversize in porcellana in tutta la cucina e in ogni bagno. Goditi la visione di film sulla smart TV da 70 "1080p in entrambi i salotti o in una delle 9 smart TV aggiuntive in tutta la casa. Excellent beach home

We have stayed at this location on two occasions over the years. This home is always clean and has all the needed items to host a large group looking for personal space, close to the beach, and excellent location! We would highly recommend this home.

Bach Trip

We absolutely loved this house! My friends and I made some of the best memories at this house and downtown Destin. AJ's and Coyote Ugly are a must-visit if you are a bride looking to go out. The beaches by the house are clean and beautiful. Strongly recommend doing a beach bonfire as well. Please note that the house hot tub is set on a schedule for 8 or 10 hours I believe. You can reach out to change the hours of this set time. Everyone we communicated with related to this property were extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and in great shape. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Also, it is a great location in Destin. We wouldn't change one thing about our stay and the house we chose! It is HUGE! There was plenty of room and we had a larger group.

Great house!

The house was wonderful, 3 levels, grands used main floor, 1 daughter and family 2 level, 1 daughter and family on 3rd level. Room for all to congregate to have fun. We are already thinking of renting again.

Lovely place, beautiful beach!!

The property was lovely, perfect for our family. Loved that every bedrooom had its own bath. The place was clean and well kept, kitchen could have used a couple of extra things. The pool was perfect and refreshing after several hours on the beach. Location was great, only a couple of blocks from the beach. Did have to hike about 1/2 mile to find open beach that wasn't reserved for resorts. We had a wonderful time and made many memories. I would go back in a second!!

Kings Castle

Overall, it was a great stay! The bathroom sink leaked but maintenance came and fixed it, then one of the bathroom showers faucets broke off. The hot tub was either too hot to get in or too cold, and we weren’t able to mess with the temperature. Plenty of parking, which was nice with our big family. Golf cart was nice to have but parking was hard to find by the beach. Somehow another golf cart showed up so we had two to use. The house was overalls really nice and comfortable for suck lo a big crowd. Would definitely stay again!

Best Labor Day Weekend!

We had the most amazing stay at King’s Castle! The property was absolutely perfect for our large family. The proximity to the beach, the golf cart, the fabulous pool/hot tub, the living space, the use of beach chairs and wagon…I could go on and on. We had the best time and had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that needs a place to accommodate a large group. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family.

Great house for our large family.

The house was really nice and spacious with everything we needed. Loved having 2 bedrooms on the main level. Kitchen was really well equipped. Our main problems were there were some issue with the shower fixtures that were broken. They are evidently cheap fixtures that do not holdup. Really aggravating. Also, the dishwasher was in disrepair. The door was evidently had been pushed down and allowed the bottom rack to drop when opened. There were a few other issues, but maintenance was able to take care of them.

NOT a 5 Star

This house is close to the beach and could fit as many as it says as well as possibly more but the HOH does not allow them to. The beach that they state is close is only approx. 20 X 30 area. Hotels on each side of this beach put up ropes saying private beach for their guest. Between all the VRBO's or little homes around your lucky if you get a spot. This home did not have any condiments what so ever. Not even Salt or pepper. You are given only one garbage sack and all garbage has to be in a sack and tied before throwing in the can. Also many essentials that you need to cook with were not there. It was not as clean as I thought it should be. I swept the first night we were there and I am sure the cleaning people didn't sweep the stairs or around with the last guest that was in front of us. The couch was broken when we sat down first night. Someone had tired to prop it up on wood to make it look like it was fine. My son-in-law had to go buy equipment and supplies to fix it so that we could use it while we were staying there. Luckily thats what he does and is very handy like that. The pool was well accessed by the children. Their deck out back needs to be resealed and is in bad shape. A board is warped and bent up and not hooked in on the end anymore. Slivers were dug out of several feet. Needs some love and care from owners. Pool table can't really play Not enough room due to walls etc for cues. We had to buy a few cues to even try to play.

Loved the bedroom and bathroom setup for our party of 17. Pool was great too. The floors and bathrooms were not as clean as I’d expect for a house in this price range.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot

This house checked all the boxes for our 20-person Family Christmas Holiday! The 12 kids (ages 2-20) all found plenty to do and the adults were right there with them, enjoying the pool and hot tub and all that Destin has to offer. The house shows a little wear and tear, but overall it was beautifully appointed and maintained. A wonderful time was had by all!

Spacious Home, Roach Infested

The home was spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately, it was full of German Cockroaches. They were adult and baby roaches. We took a lot of pictures of the various roaches and are happy to share them. We saw them on every floor starting the first day after we checked in until checkout. There were 5 adult couples on the trip and if there was any way we could have found another accommodation, we would have. We all traveled to Destin from different states and did not want to make our experience worse by trying to find another home for a large party on short notice. We were only there for a long weekend, so it was very unfortunate and deeply disappointing to have roaches present on every floor of the house and active during our entire stay. All 5 couples are well traveled and some live along the coast and know that this house was infested. I would like to receive a follow up regarding our experience. Sincerely, Tiffany

Extended Family Trip

Location was great, house was nice, beach was lovely. Rented chairs and an umbrella in front of the Crab Trap. House was clean, pool was nice. Hot tub never really heated up to hot until the last two days. The golf cart that comes with the house wouldn’t hold a charge for long. Outlet in one of the bathrooms on the second floor didn’t work. Spoke to our contact at the beginning of the week a few times and he was very responsive, but messages left during the second part of the week received no call back. Overall, we had a very nice trip and plenty of room for the entire family. Lots of pool toys and floats for the kids and teens.

We traveled to Destin in May 2022 and loved the location and size of King’s Castle. Endless bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect location with golf cart as an added bonus, pool was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub at night.

Week at Kings Castle

Our large family of 17 chose to stay at kings castle this week! The property was perfect for a large group stay. Pool and hot tub were amazing and location, golf cart, all the amenities were perfect! We had a wonderful time and the 850 vacation staff were wonderful for the few items we needed. The 3rd door AC had quit working and they had a repair guy there within 15 minutes and it was corrected within 10minutes. We’ve been coming to destin for a few years now and this area has us sold every year in beach access and local attractions. We will certainly look into 850vacations next year as we are currently looking to book our place for 2023.

Family Spring Getaway

Amazing place for our 5 families. Great location. Great communication from host. Pool/hot tub was perfect for all ages. If getting groceries get them from Publix, Walmart is overpriced. Bring extra household paper products, laundry detergent and cleaning wipes. There are no beach towels so bring your own. There are minor dings in the house but nothing to complain about. Beach is right down the block and they allow you to have a golf cart to get to and from. This home was absolutely perfect for our families.
