"Porta i tuoi animali domestici! Cucciolo amichevole! Bungalow di Beachbum ricorda ciò che soggiornano presso la spiaggia è tutto. I colori tropicali della casa e paesaggistici vi danno il benvenuto. Dopo aver inserito la porta d'ingresso vi sentirete a casa con l'open space. L'invitante Living Room riflette il laid-back, Florida stile di vita spiaggia! Grande HD TV a schermo piatto, BluRay e stereo portare le comodità di casa vostra per scappare. La sala da pranzo è accentuata da una vetrata ed è aperto alla cucina. I controsoffitti delle mattonelle color aqua-catturano il colore delle bellissime spiagge Destin. Una cucina completamente attrezzata, con elettrodomestici moderni, permette di preparare il maggior numero di pasti, come il tuo cuore desidera. Con una griglia a gas al largo della veranda sul retro, che ha bisogno di andare a mangiare fuori? Fuori la cucina è una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabile per mantenere quei teli da spiaggia fresca! Come fa un fresco bicchiere di limonata suono? Godetevi seduto sul retro o portici coperti guardando il sole che scioglie.

Bungalow di Beachbum si distingue da tutto il resto, con un incredibile pianta divisa. La camera da letto principale ha un ingresso privato al patio coperto posteriore. Lo schermo piatto HD e BluRay vi intratterranno o si può scegliere di immergersi via il giorno nel vostro bagno padronale che dispone di una vasca e doccia separata, doppio lavabo e cabina armadio. Sul lato opposto della casa troverete spazio per tutti. La seconda camera offre un letto matrimoniale con HD TV a schermo piatto e BluRay. La terza camera massimizza il suo spazio con un letto matrimoniale e letti a castello. Questa camera dispone anche di HD TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD.

Insieme con tutte le grandi cose questa struttura offre, è proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla piscina comunità per il vostro divertimento. Dopo godendo della piscina, solo una breve passeggiata lungo la strada vi porterà a destra di Costa Smeralda spiagge. "

This 3 Bed, 2 Bath condo is a fantastic choice for a Destin getaway, earning a strong 4.5-star rating. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, plus a quick drive to attractions and groceries. The property itself is charming and comfortable, but a bit of basic maintenance on door handles, locks, and addressing carpenter bees out front would make it a 5. Despite these minor issues, it's a wonderful spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and a great stay in Destin.

Pillow case zipped covers and pillows in closets were not clean. Pillows in closet smelled. Two Pillows on bed had stains, appeared to be blood stains. The legs on queen bed were not straight. There was cardboard under mattresses in twin bunkbeds!? King bed mattress obviously old. Dipped in the middle. For the price I would have thought the beds would be more . Had maintenance fix a toilet that was rocking when sat on and shower handle was very loose.

The cottage is cute and just a short walk to a nice public beach access. It was sparsely furnished with kitchen utensils so if you plan to cook while there you might want to take what you need. When we reached out to the owners that the grill didn’t work they responded quickly and within a day had a brand new grill in place. All in all the cottage was as described and our stay was enjoyable.

This house is exactly as described. Very easy walk to the beach. Will recommend and will likely stay again. There were issues with an ice maker that was quickly addressed with a call to management. I suggest verifying such things are in working order if they are a priority (ex: Gas Grill or Sofa bed).

Nice property. The walk to the beach is nice and flat. We met a few of the neighbors who were very nice. Overall it was a nice stay.

My family members all complained about the hard beds and uncomfortable couches. I would suggest at the very least, get rid of all the plastic artificial plants and clutter decor as it just collects dust and isn’t clean. The house could be easily renovated with little money as it’s no longer the 1980’s.

This was our first trip to Florida as a family and this house was absolutely great! The pool is located almost directly across the street and the beach was just a short few blocks away. We walked to the beach every day and it was a very nice walk. The house had everything that we needed including a grill and washer and dryer. The wifi wasn't working the first day we were there and I emailed the property and they emailed us back almost immediately and told us how to fix it and offered to come help if it didn't work. We were completely happy and can't wait to come back and stay again!

Great location but the house house itself has issues. We had a bug problem (ants and cockroaches). The property manager responded right away when I I emailed them about it. Under the kitchen sink there was a leak and the lights in master bath were flickering. The outside of the house needs a little updating as well. Hopefully they get the issues fixed because it’s in the perfect location and the management/owner are friendly and helpful. Not sure we will stay in this rental again but we will definitely stay in this neighborhood again..

We experienced having roaches. The grill was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets weren’t washed from the previous people. Found toenail clippings, fake lashes, food crumbs still on the bed. Trash was under the beds and coffee table. The bushes out front had trash in them. Getting in the front door was a hassle anytime we needed to. Wasn’t convenient to get to the beach.

The house was in a quaint little neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach. We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and the people were very nice. We will return.

Unfortunately we killed roaches in every single room of this house. Hard going to sleep at night wondering if a roach was going to crawl on you or in your bed! To make it worse, when we got home and brought our bags inside a roach came out of our suitcase and another bag that had been sitting in the dining room. The suitcase had been sitting on top of the Chester drawers in the back bedroom the entire time. We have had to spray our entire house right after we got home. This rental is the most run down looking house in the neighborhood. Beware they also only have room for 2 cars. You will be required to drive 13 minutes in Destin traffic just to drop a 3rd car off for a few hours as no overnight parking. They say this is bc of the sprinklers in the ground. Not sure why they care about the sprinklers as there is NO grass it is all pine straw. Most of the nicer houses had grass. But it was ok for the cleaning lady to park her car out front of the house in the pine straw (cause yes we saw her) but nobody else! Worst vacation trip won’t be returning obviously.
