È davvero abbastanza la scoperta ... un'unità 3BR completamente ristrutturata in un complesso sul lungomare recintato a Holiday Isle! Spaziosa pianta a due piani arredata con gusto e decorata con un tocco costiero con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, splendido backsplash di piastrelle della metropolitana dai toni gioiello, ripiani in quarzo bianco in cucina e bagno, rubinetti aggiornati, lampade, ventilatori a soffitto e molto altro! L'ampio balcone per l'intera lunghezza dell'unità è il luogo perfetto per godersi la tranquilla serenità delle brezze marine e delle luci del porto con amici e familiari. Gli appassionati di tennis apprezzeranno l'accesso diretto ai campi da tennis. È quasi come il tuo tribunale privato! Ottima posizione vicino a Norriego Point sul Destin Pass con vista sul porto di Destin ea pochi passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica di O'Steen. Vista sul Destin Pass da entrambe le camere.

Clean and nice building, great place to see firework on Thursday evening. We didn't know before hand. Wished that someone tell us about the schedule and location in the pool are in advance!

My family enjoyed the stay. The condo was big and spacious, a very safe and clean place to stay in! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, when you first walked in you could see how nice everything was. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was very close to the beach which was great. Overall we enjoyed everything!!

When bedding/pillows and sheets have stains and tears, it's time for replacements. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels in closets. Sofa and chair cushions need dry-cleaning and/or replacements. Dining chairs need pads on the feet to reduce the noise on the tiled flooring. They were heavy and make a loud sound as they are scraping the floor. Cushions for the dining chairs would soften the seating. The place needs airing out prior to guests check in. Check in wasn't as it should have been. We didn't receive the condo door code until the day after we checked in. Thankfully, the maintenance man was on duty and used his code to enter in the first night.

We loved the location and amenities. Minutes to the beach. The pool was very nice. It was quiet and very family friendly. The communication was great before the trip, however I reached out to the property manager a couple times during the trip by email and phone and was never responded to. I am glad there were no major issues, because there was no way to get ahold of the property manager which would be my only hesitation with rebooking in the future.

We will stay here again, it was easy to check in, and was fairly clean! I did go in and straighten out the cabinets because everything was just thrown in the cabinets and drawers and the dishwasher was stopped and emptied before it was finished washing! But other then that, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! We watched the Thursday night fireworks from the pool, which were really nice! We were able to park our boat right across the street from the condo! The only other problem was we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we had a great time and hope to be able to come back next year!

Place was very clean and convenient. However for the price I feel like they should have provided more towels and toilet tissue. There were 8 of us and we only had 1 roll in each bathroom and 2 towels in each bathroom. Other than that this place was great and I would definitely book again

Our experience was amazing. There was some confusion with the remotes for the lights and tv, but this was sorted out on the last couple days. The private beach was a nice feature!

The property was good for our family of 4 kids and 3 adults. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and the king beds were appreciated. The location is perfect for a tennis enthusiast with the court just out your balcony. However there is not a good view of the ocean and the Bay Area with boats is far off. The noise of air conditioning units and lack of shade make the only patio, on the court, unappealing to anyone wanting a good water view on a balcony.
