Enjoy The Crystal Villas A1 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1. 5 bath unit located on the 1st floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 6. With 2 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This ground floor unit offers a private patio facing the beach, washer and dryer in the unit, and internet access. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I’m not someone who ever writes reviews, never complains about hotels, but this location was bad enough that I needed to share it. I want to start off by saying the staff was friendly, accommodating, and understanding of our situation. My girlfriend and I booked this location based on the photos, and I just want to stress that they do not match the actual rooms at all.

We have never been to Destin and this beach is outstanding! The condo was clean although I was a bit unsure about possible cockroaches never saw one! It is a little outdated but the bed was comfortable shower gel was empty, It had a musty smell but I happened to have a room spray, may be from the old carpet in the bedroom.

A great 4 days in Destin, with perfect weather and great ocean views from our patio. I’ve stayed here twice. It’s always so clean and well appointed. No surprises, all that we needed, close to Publix and shopping. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Unit smelled spectacularly clean as front door opened, care taken even in utensils in kitchen drawers, had all we needed, comfy couches, bed, and patio furniture overlooking the reason we come!

We loved the location. It was close to everything in the community, the beach access was wonderful, the view was great, pool was outside the door and it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable too! The door could probably use a new latch, it seemed a little loose. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great !! The villa was perfect and being able to walk out the sliding glass doors to the beach made is exceptional! Close to store and restaurants. Villa itself had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back-just hope there is availability!

Looks of listing and firt impression....were amazing. But if you stay you have to also be okay with staying in a Cockroach infested kitchen. DO NOT rent Crystal Villas A01!!!

Upon arrival the code instructions did not say you must enter # before entering the code. Also noone is at the Villas to be able to ask a question for help. Once we got into the villa the cleanliness was horrible, the kitchen table had not been clean still had dried food, milk on it, the shower curtain had mold and stains on the bottom of it, there was a outlet that wasn't even attached to the wall so had a hole exposed and the back sliding door to the ocean was unlocked. Absolutely no inside security door features on the front door especially for little ones. My 3 yr old could just walk to the door and open it. The pillow cases had stains and what looked like makeup smear on some. Luckily we took our own pillows. The listing pictures are deceiving as this place had alot more wear and tear. They did come and replace the shower curtain and our private beach wrist bands after 2 days. The best part would be that you can walk out the back door straight to the beach which if you can find another location with same feature I would recommend that. Really disappointed for what we paid will search for another location next time.

This condo could be a great place to stay with more TLC. We arrived late in the evening and noticed there was no deadbolt on the door (makes one a little nervous). The “white” towels were brown from use and had a odor, the white shower curtain was orange/black on the bottom from lack of washing or changing. I went to the store and got beach to clean the towels ( they came out looking like new ). Lived with the curtain just tried not to touch, the tub drain was super slow so water built up in the tub till it had enough time to drain. The stopper in the kitchen sink did not work so I used a bowl to wash dishes. Wiped down the kitchen counter and sponge came back dirty and we had not even been in the kitchen before that. No air circulation in the bedroom or fan to use in the evening. *The BIG problems we had was when the ac went out on day 2, however this was fixed by 4:30 that same afternoon ( clog in line, he said). **This next one was the last straw for me… I was awaken the next morning with a cockroach crawling across my face. ( I can only assume maybe they were clogging the ac drain because we had not seen up till after that point.) They were on the floor, walls and around the kitchen as well as their pals the ants. We called at 8 am and a guy came to spray the NEXT afternoon. Thankfully no one was in the shower ( no deadbolt remember ) We have used VRBO for years and NEVER had a experience like this one. We were still seeing bugs and roaches up till the morning we left. I “slept” with a light on the rest of our trip. And one would think that towels, bed linens and shower curtains would be getting bleached between guests.? Everything “looked” clean till you got a closer look.

We had a great stay here! The proximity to the beach was absolutely amazing!! Pros: Close to beach Close to Parking lot Comfortable bed Great kitchen 2bathrooms Washer & dryer Cool AC Clean Great back porch Cons: Was a bit older and could see the age Definitely tell it’s a rental because of all of the paint overs and caulking Could tell cleaners were cutting corners Massive build up of toilet paper dust on the tile under the toilet paper roll Needed a heavy base board cleaning Had a run in with a large roach by the back door Didn’t love the odd space under the bottom bunk bed, the doors wouldn’t close so it was kinda weird & creepy. Overall, we would stay here again but would love to see some upgrades!

Our family vacation at Paradise Lookout was truly paradise! The home is so beautiful! The beach was incredible with the white sugary sand and the water was such a clear emerald green that you could see everything. The neighborhood had an issue with internet service and a power outage and our host, Lisa, was so quick to help resolve the issues. She was so easy to communicate with and provided us with some amazing treats. This home is a wonderful place to bring families together to reminisce about the past and to create new memories to hold close to your heart forever!

Loved this property and proximity to the beach, and it’s central location to things in Destin! There were only a couple minor issues, they were supposed to leave wristbands for the property and we never received them. We were questioned once on the beach by security and he took our information and didn’t give us any other trouble. The burners on our stove weren’t working and maintenance did come out after a couple hours and I guess when the stove was cleaned last, they weren’t put back into the stove properly, and he took about 5 mins to fix. The guys that did the beach service were also super helpful! And if you don’t want to wait 2.5 hours at Fudpuckers, check out O’Quigley’s by Big Lots, food was awesome and wait was only like 20mins. Overall, amazing trip and look forward to staying there again.

This unit is just a few steps from the white sandy beach. The beach access is right outside the door. The pool is out front of the condo as well. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The private beach was wonderful during memorial weekend as it wasn’t crowded like the public beaches. The internet was not great and our cell service was spotty in the area. The condo is centrally located near shops and restaurants! We will stay again!

This is a nice property. 5 of us adults stayed here. The bathroom situation is very helpful for groups. Nice kitchen for cooking. Great access to beach. Very clean on arrival.
