Ti sentirai come a casa trascorrendo i tuoi giorni di vacanza a It Had To Be You. Sperimenta l'aria salata in una delle tante aree all'aperto. Lascia che i bambini giochino sulla veranda di legno avvolgente o facciano un tuffo nella piscina della comunità proprio accanto. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino o lo spritz pomeridiano con vista sul quartiere dal ponte del 3 ° piano.

Come parte del quartiere di Crystal Shores, la casa gode di numerosi vantaggi. Ci sono comodi marciapiedi per l'accesso alla spiaggia che è molto breve distanza da casa, a meno di un isolato di distanza dal Golfo del Messico, con le sue spiagge di sabbia bianca e calde acque oceaniche. Doveva essere anche tu sei così vicino alle cose da fare! Oltre a tutte le emozionanti attività in spiaggia, godrai di un assaggio di una varietà di ristoranti tra cui Camille's dall'altra parte della strada e il Destin Commons, un bellissimo centro commerciale all'aperto proprio di fronte all'autostrada, numerosi campi da golf e cinema ... tutto a una distanza di un miglio!

Secondo le regole HOA: i veicoli non possono essere parcheggiati sulla strada durante la notte, non possono essere parcheggiati sul marciapiede, non possono essere parcheggiati nell'area dell'erba di passaggio tra il marciapiede e la strada o parcheggiati su lotti liberi. I veicoli extra devono essere parcheggiati al di fuori della proprietà del quartiere di Crystal Shores.

Nessun camion di camper con scritte commerciali, autobus, rimorchi, barche o moto d'acqua può essere parcheggiato a Crystal Shores. Questa casa offre parcheggio per 3 veicoli di medie dimensioni o 2 veicoli e un carrello da golf. Queste regole di vicinato sono rigorosamente applicate, soggette a $ 100 di multa se non conformi.

It Had To Be You

The house was nice & it was clean. Loved the location to the beach. It would have been nice to have a decent broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand in the house & have rugs by the doors also. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Convenient

Great house perfect for family. On our third day we woke up to a water leaking in the living room from the furnace, but the management address the problem right way. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and some area of the house smells musty. The toilet paper holder of the master BR was broken, but that was the least of my worry. Overall the house was very nice and the beach was like 50 steps from the house.

Great family time at the Beach

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed stating at this property. The location was superb, the property spacious and clean with easy access to shopping or the beach. We’ll be back!

Perfect location

For a family of 10 with teenagers and small children, this was the perfect location with tons of room for everyone to have privacy and a spacious room for us to all come together. Very short walk to the beach came as an added plus for quick trips for lunch at our beautiful home away from home.

Great house, close to the beach.

We loved the house. The property manager was great. The grill that was at the house was falling apart and they brought a brand new one the next morning. The walk to the beach was very short. Only issue and it's a small one is that the pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was still a very nice and clean pool area.

Great location

We had a great time staying at this house! Super close to the beach with a less than 5 minute walk. House is nice, a little dated in style of furnishings and the leather on the couch is peeling in places. Bed is master bedroom very uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with stuff to cook but you will need to bring spices, sugar, etc. There were no beach chairs, etc so that type of item also needs to be brought with. House is spacious and was perfect in size for our family and our teenagers and their friends. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding

My family stayed here for my daughters wedding. Everything in the house is nice! A little dated, but everything was clean! We enjoyed how close the property was to the beach and the community pool!

Great house!

This property is amazing. Close to the beach and has a great vibe! The entire property was so clean -even the small decorations and statues. You can tell this house is loved by the owner. Lots of fun pictures around.

Spacious and great Location!

We are frequent visitors to Destin and crystal beach area. First time staying at this property, and location was superb! Less than 100 steps to the water! And 50 steps to Camilles which is everything you are looking forward in a restaurant! We had a house full of 10 guests -Rooms were large and spacious! Property was clean, and kept no smells and everything needed worked! We did enjoy the rather unique photo findings through out the house if you like Tom Selleck this place is for you! We recommend this property!

Great location!

This was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was right Nextdoor. The beds were comfortable, house was mostly clean - could use a deep clean (dishwasher and upstairs jet tub) but all surfaces and sheets, etc we’re in excellent condition. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

This property is an excellent place to stay for your family vacation. Bedroom for my mom on the main floor so no stairs for her. Great energy in the house. Carpet under table and green carpet though out was a little stained but understand as it’s a rental. Loved all the family photos...and Tom S. Will be back for sure.

It has to be them!!!

This was an incredible find for the perfect family vacation. There were six of us staying at this property and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Everything was clean, aside from the fact that the garbage cans were left completely overflowing by the previous tenants. The check in process was flawless but the absolute best part of this property is the location. The neighborhood is amazing, the pool is right next-door and you are half a block off the beach. My kids have declared at one of the best vacations ever, thank you!!!!

The good and bad

The house was beautiful, but we had some issues. The t.v. in the living room would not work much of the time. Also, there were very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, etc. The last night of our stay, there was a huge disturbance next door with very loud talking, loud music, with men in the jacuzzi which continued until after 12:00 a.m. It was most disturbing. The 10:00 rule was definitely violated. They were back in it the next morning very early.

Cute Home. Great Location.

Cute home. Proximity to the beach was incredible. Furniture was definitely dated, but that was part of the charm. It was like staying at Grandma’s house, in a good way. However, just note that the beds are *incredibly* firm. Would definitely stay here again!
