“S'il est vrai qu'on peut deviner que l'hôtel date un peu, il n'en reste pas moins un séjour totalement singulier.”

“La chambre était dans un état peu satisfaisant (robinet du lavabo mal fixé, délai très long pour avoir de l'eau chaude), l'eau de la douche était froide, même après une longue durée d'attente, un seul WC disponible au rez-de-chaussée (le second étant condamné), nécessité d'aller chercher le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel IBIS voisin (là, l'accueil était très satisfaisant). En un mot, je déconseille fortement cet établissement !”

“We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!”

“Lovely reception, and friendly staff. Quite quirkily decorated, but the room was a nice size and the shower great. The toilet was in a very small room in the en-suite - easier to leave the door open. Breakfast was DIY - bread, pastries, cheese and meats, fruit and an option to boil your own egg. Parking outside is not expensive - read the times when it is free too! Easy walk to the main square I would recommend if you are visiting Cambrai.”

Superbly located in a quiet village, it’s the perfect stop to discover WW1 memorials, or in our case a stop-over while traveling further south into France. We especially enjoyed the homemade jams (his grandmother’s quince recipe) served during breakfast. Xavier is friendly, welcoming and always at your disposal. We highly recommend!”
