“The location is good, but the elevators were not working well. The cleanliness was poor, and the condition of the room I stayed in was also bad. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not good. Расположение хорошее, но лифты работали плохо. Чистота была плохая, и состояние номера, в котором я жил, тоже было плохим. К сожалению, общее впечатление осталось негативным. ”

“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...
