Hotel sulla neve in Azerbaigian

“İd like to ask Tourism Agency Dept of Azerbaijan Republic pls do your job and feel the response of all power that was givven to you guys by Goverment. Everything in hotel was like 1 from 10. You guys are wasting goverment and citizens stuff.”

“Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

“Lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very quiet. The air is so dry in the rooms that it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping in. They have a bar on the top floor, when we arrived we decided to go for a drink, it was empty apart and the music was so loud that we didn't bother staying. Thankfully there are better places around the complex. Nice pool area, but unclean. Great breakfast. ”

“It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.”
