“Era perfetta”

“The Grand Hyatt is a top quality resort with beautiful spacious rooms, the perfect beach, and fine dining. We had a really nice stay and liked the Hyatt so much we booked it in Miami as well. Not very sustainable though. There is a huge waste of towels, lots of plastic, and much energy consumed for flashy water games, pools, and casino. We all need to do better (both as resort and consumers) to preserve such a paradise!”

“Vi consiglio caldamente di NON andarci ! E' veramente in condizioni pietose ! Le camere sono sporche, come pure le lenzuola! I coprimaterassi dei letti sono di plastica ! Potete immaginare il sudore ed il rumore di notte. La mia stanza non era dotata di chiave e non avevano da darci neanche un asciugamano ( che ci hanno dato dopo un paio di ore e parecchia insistenza). Il bagno era allucinante e dotato pure di simpatici insetti ! Insomma non e' affatto come descritto sul sito e tantomeno le foto...
