“We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)”

“The receptionist was very kind and checked us in 1 hour before. The size of the flat is perfect for 3 people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Every room has a/c and it is amazing to have 3 a/c for such a small, but essential space. The shower has hot water and cold water, but it doesn't have a shower mixer, also no sink in the bathroom, which is annoying, but if you are an easygoing person can work for you. Overall a very good experience. ”

“This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night and booked another hotel, leaving this room empty for 2 nights. The toilet did not flush, the bed sheets were stained and the pillows were brown.”
