“Non comodissimo. Bus di fronte 5 minuti e si raggiungono le stazioni metro e poi almeno altri 30 minuti. 2 notti non hanno cambiato le asciugamani né riassestata la camera. Riscaldamento/condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso. Comunque pulito e tutto sommato non male. Letti comodi. ”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“We visited friends in Harrow so this property was perfect for us in terms of location. Property was very clean and modern. Digital door locks a little awkward. However ok after one or two attempts.”

“Booked here for a concert at Wembley. It was a lovley spacious room, very clean and quiet. Would recommend and come again.”

“Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!”
