“I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. “The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away...
