“Room very nice and all perfect”

“I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. “Eccellente per visitare Gibilterra. Ottima colazione e parcheggio sotterraneo comodo.

Piscina chiusa”

“Camere pulite. Personale eccellente. Parcheggio convenzionato vicino all'albergo ”

“The hotel is Amazing and very well located, the service is great and the food is fantastic! The facilities are gorgeous but some things are a little bit forgotten and need to be taking care of! Super recommended if you are planning a visit to the area”

“This place is great! I loved the tent idea, and it made me feel like I was really in the environment. The beach was beautiful, and I had the opportunity to go on a run in the surrounding neighborhood, which I really enjoyed. The food was great, and the staff were so helpful. I wish I’d been able to stay longer!”
