“The room was nice, big and clean. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Wildlife easily visible from the lodge. Very importantly the location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and the park However we had very bad experience with the shower which stopped working (no hot water) after 5 minutes of shower two days in a row despite it was supposed to be “fixed” after the first time. “Il posto avrà visto tempi migliori. La colazione era mediocre, poca scelta. La spiaggia piena di sassi e di filtro d i sigarette. Il personale ha fatto il possibile con quello che aveva. Sempre gentili. Per la spesa, le camere erano brutte, anche se spaziose. Basterebbe poco per mettere a posto. La delusione era la spiaggia, sdraie scomodissime, rotte, sassi e cani che defecano in spiaggia. Niente ombrelloni.”

“El hotel esta en una playa muy hermosa, enorme lo que le permite a uno salir a trotar en las mananas, el area segura, las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas pero sobre todo el personal, deje unas medicinas por error en la habitacion y me coordinaron el transporte de las mismas a san jose y estuvieron muy pendientes de lo mismo... muy agradecido por este servicio ....”

“This hostel is near everything you need. ATM is two steps out the door (costs $2 to use), the swimming pool is really nice, sunloungers to use are in good condition and well placed, short walk to shops and restaurants and there's a restaurant that is attached to the hostel that does great breakfast for a good price. I would recommend paying extra for a room with air-conditioning because around day 3, I couldn't take much more of our stuffy room. ”
