“From the picture, the property is actually smaller, there is no bbq grill so cooking becomes a problem if you want to cook meet. The running water was turned on hours after we arrived, and no Hot water at all. Makes taking a shower on rainy days a drag. Not enough pillows or the proper kitchen utensils. And trash was not picked enough, because I was told to put it under the house when full, so wild stray dogs would tear into the bags and drag trash all over yard. They need to get lidded trash...

Además la atención de Doug es excepcional siempre está pendiente que tu estadía fluya con perfección y que no te falte nada. Esta propiedad es súper recomendada. Les voy a dar un tip nosotros fuimos también a visitar Copey Vinícola Tour y la propiedad está a 30 minutos de este increíble paraíso en donde nos quedamos a dormir. ”

“Al contanctar al anfitrión para pedirle la dirección y demás indicaciones para el uso de la cabaña, él no tenía ni idea de que habíamos reservado, cuando ya hasta se me había generado el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito!!! “Stanza ok ma un pò lontana dalla hall e dai servizi.Vasta scelta per colazione. Devi chiamare piu volte se ti serve qualcosa. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mettono telecomandi della tv universali e scadenti in stanza per paura che gli ospiti se li portino via. Abbiamo avuto dopo diverse richieste un telecomando originale che era malfunzionante anch'esso. Purtroppo col diluvio fuori un po di tv è l'unica cosa che tj salva..e invece...”

“Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Impressed by the hot breakfast, great variety. The breakfast restaurant has a great view of the ocean and rainforest by the beach. Very cozily decked up for the holidays! The guest service staff were very helpful. They helped us with day tours booking for various activities. Comfortable and luxurious stay. “The property in on steep land, but transportation is available 24/7 via golf cart and the staff respond quickly. There are many amenities. First, the concierge staff are top notch. Johansy made sure all of our needs were met and she went above and beyond to do so. For example, when we found out the mini bar service was no longer offered, she helped us order snacks and drinks to be delivered from a grocery store to have in our room. “Questo hotel è comodissimo per il parco Manuel Antonio e fornisce una navetta gratuita. Le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti, disseminate nel grande giardino tropicale dove si vedono scimmie e tanti altri animali in libertà al mattino presto. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. Le piscine sono molto belle. Unica nota negativa le consumazioni al minibar della stanza che sono proibitive.”

“The rooms were cleaned regularly and spotless and the staff friendly, but what really stood out was the abundant nature. I saw more wildlife here than on all of the nature tours I went on put together. I saw 3 different types of monkey, iguanas and lots of birds including the striking fiery-billed toucan. ”

“What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!”
