“The mattress had very thin sheets, only cold water, the water went off when brushing my teeth’s. The mattress had stain marks, they tried to charge me more than what was on my reservation. they first tried charging me extra but didnt and I later came back with a girlfriend and they charged me extra; i checked my reservation and it said it was for only one person and so i payed. The lights in the hallway go off at night. ”

“While the staff were quite accommodating, the day time manager was quite rude. The room we had booked on the site wasn't available but she refused to even acknowledge that the room even existed. Since there was a festival on we had little choice but to accept another room at the higher price of the original booking.”
