Se siete seri mi rimborsate almeno questa somma. Io ho provato di tutto per contattarli ma niente nessuna risposta neanche al telefono. Non si fa così. Vergogna!!!!!”

“The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd! It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market! I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!”
