“Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure ”

“Casa privata con 3/4 stanze in locazione, un solo bagno e una toilette per gli ospiti, in certi momenti è veramente poco. Cucina completa e funzionale dove ogni camera ha un ripiano del grande frigo e uno del freezer. All’esterno piscina a disposizione con doccia, barbecue E fornetto, tavolo Ping pong, in sala bigliardo e frecce per allietare gli ospiti. Zona a nord di Perth”

“Property ideally suited for a function we were attending. I thought the water in the fridge was complimentry. I never read the label !! Got charged for it. I thought water was free as in most 4 to 5 star hotels”

The property has an older-style setup with traditional key access rather than a magnetic card system, and it does not have a lift, which may be worth noting for guests with heavy luggage or mobility needs. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but it would be even better if basic essentials such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium...

“The owner goes above and beyond plus more, incredibly helpful with local knowledge and extremely kind to all guests. I found the accommodation to be extremely clean and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there permanently.”

“This was originally advertised as a "charming" 1 bedroom villa. Since charm is a subjective thing I'll focus on the facts. It was not a villa by any definition. It's now advertised as "Enjoyable 1 bedroom house". This is still not even close to the truth. It's a 4 bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet house with a family/lounge room behind glass doors that has another bed jammed into it. There was even someone sleeping on the couch in the only common area in the house that wasn't assigned a room...

“Minus10 stars. I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs. The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom...

“The staff were the best asset. Had a nice time and room was clean. The unit could do with an upgrade. Eg - new sofa's and a dishwasher.”

“Excellent position for sea and restaurants. Rooms wth single beds were too small for suitcases so kept downstairs. Good showers with good hair and body lotions. Downstairs shower good without bath ,for older patrons.Great laundry.”
