“Lovely hotel. However I was charged twice for the stay. Once from Expedia which was correct and once by the hotel. After 10days of chasing the hotel I am still waiting a reply.”

The neighbourhood felt safe and friendly, which made it a really pleasant place to stay. The host was excellent, communicated clearly and was very helpful throughout our stay. All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in. ”

“Accomodation itself is 10/10 The apartment is new, fit out with decent appliances and finishings - very quiet and comfortable place to stay for a family of four - far better than any hotel in this price bracket. However, the check in process is largely an AI system sending auto generated messages, which is fine but their QR code to access the accommodation required a third party app to be downloaded etc (bit of a painful way to access apartment), despite clicking their link and following...

“Lovely Stay in Bullcreek, check easy via key safe at front door, kitchen has everything anyone could want to cook what ever you need, shopping centre and Transport link wirhin 3-5 minute walk from house, aktbough it was cold outside the heating system in the house was brilliant, kept us snug on the cold day's, all in all great place to stay, would highly recommend. ”
