“Having stayed here twice previously for business in 2024, I brought my family back for a leisure stay. Unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown compared to past experiences. ​Room Location & Traffic Noise: On prior stays, we were placed at the back of the hotel on Level 3, which was quiet. This time, we were in Room 108 at the front. The highway traffic noise was constant throughout the entire night, keeping our whole family awake. If you stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a room...

“Second time staying here, has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. complimentary bottles of water, spacious rooms, plenty of parking and a more then decent shower head are the highlights. We got in about half hour before check in time and the staff were nice enough to let us into the rooms after a long 4 hour drive to get there which was a nice bonus. Still wish they would invest in some black out curtains rather then the blinds they currently use but overall a very nice stay...

“This property is so spacious. It is clean and tidy and just lovely to come into after a couple of days travel. We really enjoyed how easy everything was like having a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. There was enough room and more for our family who all enjoy their own space. We took advantage of reasonably priced public transport to get to Sydney and to various attractions. There is currently a free bus that connects with the metro at Sydenham Station.
