“Soggiorno piacevole.

“All the staff in this hotel is extremely friendly n' helpful. Here we would like to thank again the staff Marjana: we asked for the price for a taxi service to do a 3-4 hour tour before going to the airport, but we didn’t find the price acceptable, so we thought to find one nearby with a better price. Marjana immediately expressed her worries for us about finding a random taxi driver, so she wrote down a list of trustworthy taxi companies, meanwhile telling us that she’s willing to call for us...

“Tutto ok”

“Qualità prezzo ottima posizione strategica”

“Stanza molto bella (condizionata).

“Situato in centro, molto moderno e grande.

“The property is very clean and has all the amenities I needed. Very close to the airport. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book this property again.”

“One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 nights from October 1–5. As soon as we saw the room, we contacted Hotels.com and asked to cancel the remaining 3 nights, without requesting a refund for the first night. The hotel refused, so we had no choice but to stay. The problem is not that the hotel is old, but the serious lack of maintenance and hygiene. The rooms were dirty: stained walls, black sink drains, broken faucet fittings and toilet parts, damaged curtain rails, and...

“Decent just please don’t cancel on me next time just because there’s football on, it’s ratty behaviour and it’s not appreciated”

“Nice staff, good location also to go downtown on foot”

“When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!”

“Decent location, smooth check in. Property is as described in the listing which is always a relief. Underground free parking was a welcome addition.”
