“Unfortunately the room smelled as if it was smoked in; and there were brown sticky stains in the kids bedroom walls which did not appear on the property photos. Staff were kind enough to offer another room; but after a short time, and only stopping to use the bathroom for the kids - ultimately we handed back the keys and forfeited our non-refundable payment in full to spend the night elsewhere.”

“Amazing bed and pillows for an excellent night’s sleep. Managers were super helpful on check-in and departure. We did have an issue with sustained hot water for morning showers but otherwise everything was good. Having a microwave in the room was a great touch as well.”

“I was travelling with my parents and their little dog and had a comfortable stay. Our two-bedroom cabin was spacious, clean and tidy. It was a little older than some of the newer cabins available, but we understood that only designated cabins are available for guests travelling with pets. The location was lovely and quiet, with easy access to the beach. Check-in was simple and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My only small criticism was the additional linen charge. “I was pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful Lani’s is. I imagine that it would get very hectic in the peak season tho. The accomodation was very clean including all the windows in the cabin which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the bed was not as comfortable as I would’ve liked. I would happily recommend staying at Lani’s but perhaps bring a mattress topper if you like a soft mattress.”
