Cerca hotel in Contea di Baker

“We had stayed here once before and thought it was OK, but upon our return a few months later our opinion changed. We were given a second floor room and the carpet was filthy. So not sure if some rooms are renovated and some are not. Not sure. It does make me want to reconsider this as a stop when passing though the area (4 times a year).”

“This is a retro motel with recent updates. It is easily accessible in Baker City close to the downtown area. Very friendly staff who even called us before our arrival to check in with our plans. We were upgraded to a double room so we had plenty of space. The free hot breakfast was very good. It was competitively priced.”

“Good overnight stay”

“The room is clean, fairly quiet”

“older rooms need update TV, carpet furniture etc”

“After a long day of driving it was so nice to walk into a room that smelled like fresh baked bread. The bread and a bottle of wine that was available for purchase in the room was delicious and just what I needed! I had an issue with the door code upon arrival. I was given a phone number for the host who was very pleasant and was able to remotely access the door. Great stay, highly recommended.”

“Nice little place with everything you need.”

“Beautiful drive to get there from McCall to Half Way. We did end up calling the host for our check in code as the internet is spotty at times. This site gave us a place to stay before and after taking the Hells Canyon Jet Boat tour. Very clean and nicely decorated unit. Washer and Dryer was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable. The town of Half Way is small, but has a well stocked grocery store (Old Pine Market). Each room had a TV. After our 2nd night, We opted to eat breakfast at the Cow Camp...

“Adorable little cottage, inside and out! Had everything you could need, and then more. Comfy beds. Close to town and stores. Highly recommend.”

“The property and home were so welcoming. It was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we contacted them (we didn't know how to turn on the fire pit). Nice neighborhood, and close to everything. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.”

“When we first drove to the property, I was a little concerned. The route passes through what appears to be private property, and the area is still being developed. However, any concerns disappeared once we arrived. The property was wonderful. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying views of Pine Creek, listening to the water, and watching spectacular sunsets. Evenings around small fires by the creek were especially memorable. While the home is not large, it is thoughtfully designed and well...

“Great property and the host are great to deal with”

“Looking for a great view and want to fish the snake river this would be a good stay. Daniel was very communicative and the dogs and pet pig on the property were sweet.”

“Clean and close to everything downtown Baker”

“We absolutely loved the gas fire pit! Parking was a little bit of a challenge, as we were 4 single ladies sharing the two casitas. The living space was very nice.”

“This home was very clean and comfortable. The host was always quick to communicate. I would stay here again.”
