“The property was really pet friendly. It is an older place that could use the refurbishing, but the bathtub was awesome and the beds were comfortable. it has a lot of potential and it was not worth $200.”

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”

“Quick stop overnight, worked for what I needed. The woman at the front desk was great.”

“Front desk clerk refused to check us in at 3:49pm, even though we were only 11 minutes early. We argued and she finally agreed. However, she had a, "printer issue," and didn't actually hand us the keys until right at check in time. I suspect the general manager has told staff they are not to check any guest in early. We often spend time in La Grande, but we will not be staying at this Best Western again. A 4:00pm check in time is ridiculous to begin with. Whatever happened to 3:00pm check...

“I loved that the room we needed with 3 beds was on a split level downstairs so I didn’t have to worry about my kids waking up people below us. Everything was very clean and we loved that the pool had life jackets to use since we forgot ours. ”
