“Outside was dirty. Needs updating. Halls smelled bad. Important parts of room were clean ex: bed, toilet, sink, shower, carpets. When entering room there is tile in the sink and bathroom area. It had not been swept and there were dead bugs underneath sink. I asked night manager if it could be cleaned due to us already bringing our stuff in. He happily brought a broom in snd swept for us. He apologized multiple times. The window unit ac needed to be cleaned inside it not sure what was in it.”

“When we got the to hotel there was no one to check us in we walked the halls looking for someone found no one come to find out they were asleep in the back room. At 3 in the afternoon and we finally got checked in the tv didn’t work call the front desk no answer went back down no one at the front desk. Stayed 2 days no one cleaned or replaced towels.”

“This was a perfect place for my family to stay while we moved our daughter into college. It felt like we were at home and our hosts were fabulous! I can’t wait to stay here more when we plan to come visit our daughter! Thank you for everything!”
