“This place was just about what I expected with a few shortcomings. Communication with the host and the check in process were flawless and check out expectations were clearly communicated. However there was an issue with a endlessly squeaky ceiling fan that we couldn’t turn off, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and none of the little touches that I usually find so welcoming, like coffee for the coffee maker. He slid the door shut when he went in, but when he tried to slide it open...it would not open.. I had to go to the check-in desk to get someone to help get the door to open...if I had not been there he would have been stuck in the bathroom for 2days unless someone could have heard him call for help...was scary to think about how easily someone could have been trapped in the...

“I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!”

“The host was very welcoming and the property made you feel like it is your home. It's in a very quiet rural area. The house was clean and had such a cozy, relaxed vibe. It had all the amenities you would need. We played ping pong and basketball shootout in the basement. The cows even came up by the house to say hi! We were visiting our son at Purdue, it's an easy 30 minute drive to campus. 10/10 recommend this property to anyone, we will definitely be back. ”

“The house was very clean, and the kids enjoyed the instruments in the house and the park across the street. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The one big negative was that the water had a strong rotten egg odor which was unpleasant when getting a glass of water to drink or taking a shower. We asked the host if this was normal, but never heard back from them. Also, there is only one HVAC for the house so the bedrooms upstairs stay warmer than the rest of the house. ”

“We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving with our family and watching our daughter participate in senior night at Purdue. The vacation rental was super cute and met all of our needs. The decor was so interesting. It reminded us of a museum. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a memorable experience!”
