“The location of this motel was perfect for going to Big Bend National Park (on the west side, Maverick Junction entrance). It was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly gave us a very helpful map of Terlingua. We highly recommend going into Terlingua Ghost Town. We liked the art gallery and trading post. Venga restaurant was excellent for coffee and breakfast (and has a lot of interesting art), and we recommend the Starlight Theatre Restaurant for dinner.”

“John is the GM, we talked w him for a while up front. Super nice & very knowledgable of the Terlingua. My wife & I stayed in a double room. Bathroom, sink, 2 beds, tv. We didn't ever turn the TV on while we were there. We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. John used a term, something to the effect of "Vintage hotel at affordable pricing" - that's exactly what it is. “We make the vintage vibes from the hotel. The pool was clean and the pool area was very well taken care of. Everything was clean, cool and comfortable. It had plenty of space for this mom and her two teenage sons to stay comfortably. We loved it. Super cute. I do wish the pool would stay open later on the weekends since quiet time is from 10pm-8 am. ”
