“I booked thru 3rd party, weekday stay, not a sold out day. traveling with small children I was "refused" requested 1st floor room, which there were plenty, to help with accessibility needs. Desk agent offered help carrying bags up "stairs" but said his manager would not allow him to change to a first floor room due to 3rd party booking. I called directly to get a price match and they refused... This was one of the most expensive places to stay in town. I booked my return trip stay a week later...

Upon arrival the house smelled terrible - like wet dogs. The garage smelled of mildew. 2. Not prepared- Dishes were in the dish washer and laundry was in the dryer. 3. Your kitchen drawers are a mess. Drawer organizers and make the kitchen tidy would be a huge improvement.4. No towels in the bathrooms, no paper towels or paper...
