“This was a newly renovated property. Located within 5 miles of Old Stone State Park which was our hiking destination. Front desk staff was very friendly offering us drinks as soon as we entered. Showed us where our room was & exactly how to use room key. Breakfast was made to order & included in room price.”

“I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel was!! It was extremely clean, quiet, great staff who were very helpful and the amenities were great! I would totally recommend this hotel! And when I return to Tullahoma for a visit. I definitely will be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay.”

“This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. For $500+ dollars, and the hotel calling themselves “luxury”, the...

“The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. Thank you”

“Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.”

“Extremely overpriced due the a local event that we did not attend. $330 for a $40 room at best. Property and room were very outdated and dirty. Furnishings were beat up and vintage to say the least. Several patrons sitting in front of their rooms on lawn chairs drinking and talking loud at late hours. We turned down the free gas station quality breakfast. Would never stay there again, nor would i ever recommend it.”

“Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.”

“Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”
