“The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake. ”

I would definitely recommend this place to others. I’m looking forward to returning again next season! I will tell others about it.”

“Perfect location when travelling with children. I would highly recommend the location. The pool was fun at night and the hot tub was great for the adults to enjoy after a long day skiing. The restaurant in Caribou Highlands had great service and the staff was very friendly. The food was also good. The accommodations were great beds were comfortable. Nice big shower in the room. ”

“King size mattress was terrible (all spring no padding) Bathroom door was falling apart and fan sounded awfu. The Breakfast was a disappointment as they had nothing but Carb loaded junk food (bagels,muffins,bread etc, no eggs , no sausage or bacon,no make your own waffles… come on”

“Staying at this hotel in the winter (off season) was not ideal. Too much snow, parking challenging, and hotel office closed. Room was fine, but no view of the lake. My room key didn’t work on my last day, so staff had to re-issue a new key. For winter, I recommend staying 7 miles north in town..Grand Marie…where there are more guests, better overall parking, access to businesses and customer service.”
