“Clean, comfortable, and updated property. Sleepy town so we were not too shocked to see a “in break” note on the door when we arrived to check in (at approximately 6:30 pm) so we went to dinner and found them back when we returned. Only slight issues were no elevator (so ask for first floor room if mobility is an issue) and breakfast was cold cereals and biscuits and gravy. I skipped breakfast but my friend said the biscuits were good.”

“This is a good clean property, especially if your on a budget. Management was kind and helpful. Room was clean, nice hot water and everything was good. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Nicely situated close to shopping, groceries, resteraunts, and fuel stations.”

“I came in to town for a quick trip and just needed a place for one night, close to town. The cabins were easy to find and the manager texted me clear and easy directions to follow. The grounds were very clean and there was plenty of parking. The Rogue is right across the street and there was a nice view from the deck oustide of my cabin. “This cottage is a little piece of heaven! It’s so relaxing, anything you need is provided and Steven is such a sweet man! The views from the patio of the ocean and the top of the largest sea stack near lone ranch beach in the distance is amazing! We cooked steaks on the BBQ on the patio one evening and there are some great restaurants in town (Brookings) I would recommend this property we plan on coming back to stay here!”

“There is a nice ocean view. There is no inside seating in the small room. There are a couple of chairs outside on a patio through a sliding glass door by a large above ground hot tub. The room was very small with a king bed that filled it and had a small television. There is a small connected private bathroom. The room had a bit of a musty smell from the carpet , and leaving the sliding glass door open was not an option because there was no screen. The room was downstairs. The entry area...
