“ The location is lovely ( although not walking distance to restaurants so a car is needed) and it has lots of nice touches but attention to detail was missing. It advertises a pool which had not been cleaned and looked unkempt. I heard the receptionist telling someone there was an outdoor unheated pool but nobody would have wanted to swim in it. “We’ve been going to Spring Bay Villas for 25 years. For us, the peace and quiet, space between villas and that it allows pets are the big draw card. Ocean Beach Road gets busier and Denmark sprawls more from year to year. But being able to walk to the Channel and Ocean Beach are a real positive.”

Mould on the ceiling not a good look. The instruction booklet was not very welcoming and needs to be updated with clearer information, particularly regarding the tv operation. “The host was extremely attentive with great communication. The property was lovely with lots of wildlife. The accommodation was pretty nice but we were staying there with our mother and the walls are quite thin so not much privacy. Also, it could have been checked for bugs/spiders a bit better. But overall it was pretty good. ”
