“It’s nothing like the description nor are the pictures accurate! This is a dump and not worth it even if room was free. I prepaid and they didn’t refund me and I didn’t stay there. Beyond disgusting”

“arrivati in camera mancavano le dotazioni per tre persone,salviette e stoviglie, visto che ha un angolo cottura. chiesto alla reception se era possibile avere accessori per tre persone,prima ci è stato risposto che quella era la dotazione per 4 (2 piatti ecc.)poi con atteggiamento scocciato ci hanno detto che le avrebbero recapitate in camera.Abbiamo chiesto anche se la piscina fosse agibile e ci hanno detto di si e che avrebbero tolto subito il lucchetto sul cancello,cosa che si è verificata...
