“Really clean spaces, friendly and helpful staff”

“Not allowed to check in, called about my reservation and they said something with my payment method was wrong but never give me an option even when I tried to pay with a different card, at that point was unable to cancel because was already past the check-in time and charges had already made to my card, wasting of time and money”

“Staff was very helpful, however the bed is ready for a replacement mattress, it has a large dip in it and it’s quite challenging to not be sucked into that pit”

“As always the staff and room was great. I always stay with CB&M when i come to town. My last visit was canceled on the day i was supposed to check in due to emergency surgery, and even though i didn't pay for the insurance they still refunded my money for the stay. I'm always happy with them. Thank you. ”

Which made it awesome in these colder months. Very spacious as well! The pictures made it seem a little small but there is so much room! Thank you so much! I would recommend! “This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. ”

“Nice cabin, liked that the heater turn on automatically when you walked the door. Nice and homey feeing very relaxing. Especially the front porch with excellent views of the valley. Nice spot ti have morning coffee. ”

“The property is absolutely beautiful, and the owners were so kind and welcoming! When our lighter stopped working, they immediately offered us a replacement, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and well taken care of—the bathroom was clean and comfortable to use, and the shower was super easy to operate. The space also came stocked with thoughtful extras like dishes, towels, coffee, and a small powered cooler that definitely came in handy.The only downside is that the tents are set...

“We loved loved loved this house! It was the perfect size for our family with plenty of bedrooms and baths. There was so much to do to entertain all the grandkids. They lived on the Zipline all weekend and we loved all the trails to ride bikes and side by sides. It was just an Amazing place and we will be coming back again next year for sure.”
