“I liked the very helpful staff, sparkling clean room, bed linens, towels! Quiet rooms!! Bed and pillows excellent, comfy!! The breakfast was ok, excellent coffee, waffles. The eggs, were a tad not real tasting. The bacon, although thin was a tad undercooked. Thank you for a great stay❣️”

“No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. ”

“Everyone from the host to the cleaning group to the locals at the diner down the road are courteous and inviting. We stayed for a high school fishing trip, and are talking about going back just for a getaway. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the three cottages they all look wonderful. The area around them is quite and cordial and beautiful! ”

“It was a great location for the land sale we were going too. It needs new light bulbs in the bathroom and spray for bugs we saw 4 spiders in the bathtub. Other than it was ok for what we needed and at the time there was not much available for Memorial Weekend. Thank you for allowing us to stay the driveway needs to be evaluated. It was a little close and washed out a bit”

“Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. Whole house was clean, The beds are all soft and comfortable. And the water pressure was amazing. We didn’t want to leave They had a variety of coffees and teas to try.
