“Everything ok”

“The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Room was neat and just as described on website. There’s a small gym on the second floor and although we didn’t use the breakfast services, the breakfast lounge looked well kept.”

“The housekeeping was non existent. I had a kitchenette with no pots, pans silverware, cups and even after asking two days in a row at 630am for housekeeping no housekeeping was provided for the 4 day stay. The bathroom door was waterlogged and rotting wood at the bottom and the shower tile had been patched up pretty poorly 😕 I was really disappointed”

“Still ok but soon will need some renovations ”

“To start with, when we arrived for check in, the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room and hotel itself was spotless and perfect. It was reasonably priced especially with the quality service that we received. Will definitely stay here again!”
