“Good staff, good accommodations, and good breakfast”

“Public restroom in lobby area is "out of order" and, according to the front desk clerk, has been that way "for some time" with no definite date for repair. As a result, we were left no choice but to use the room they assigned for an urgent restroom visit. Upon seeing the room, we realized it was not as pictured on the Expedia website, there was no "laptop-friendly desk space" as described & there was barely enough room to squeeze between the furniture & the end of the beds. “Pleasant experience. Everything was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was a little sparse, but that may have been because of going a little late. Ice machine was working and kept up. Plenty of parking. Very smooth check-in. Price was good.”

“Staff was ok didn’t take long to check in, the problem arose when I walked in to our room. At first it seemed clean enough. Later on I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the counter . Gross but I didn’t make a big deal about it .around 5am i Went to the restroom, I turn the light on and there’s at least 5-6 cockroaches scattered around the bathroom! Honestly got my wife up and we left immediately. Truly disgusting”
