“Top three of worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I received a welcome text asking me if there was anything I needed. I replied, saying my shower was lukewarm at best. No response. I spoke with the front desk. I was told to let the water run for a while (this is a city in the desert). No other options offered. There were water stains and “dirt” smudges in the bathroom.
