“Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

“This place was a little slice of heaven in the mountains. It was perfect for our needs and I hope to be able to return every year. This was great for 2 of us, but would also be ideal for a larger family. The large deck was great to hang out and grill on and watch the hummingbirds. The lower level was great to play pool, ping pong and just relax. Would highly recommend!”
