“Hotel is good, value priced and most sufficient for short stays/my purpose. There is an excellent restaurant next door with plenty of options. The staff was especially helpful. This has become my go-to stop in Ionia when travelling west.”

“The parking lot was well-lit and well maintained. The hotel was clean and also well maintained. My room had more than sufficient towels, soap and waste baskets. The room was large and the A/C worked well. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful room and perfect location on the river.”

“Clean rooms, everything you needed is available. Perfect lovation”

“The house was nice and had lots of bedrooms great for a family vacation. Host was great to work with and let us check in an hour early when we got to town earlier than expected.”

“The house was very clean, very nice, the wife and kids loved it. If we are in the area again, we will definitely look into this homes availability. Highly recommended.”

“The host was pleasant and quick to respond to. The place looks real good and woodsy on the outside. The inside looks like it hasn't been lived in for decades. It smells of pee and mold, the bathroom is rusted, the toilet looks like it was pasted back together, and the water tasted like iron.My husband and I feel as though we have esrned a new survival badge because there was nowhere else to go!”

“Property and communication were great. Cody and Sergio were very helpful. We had a lovely time.”

“The host was an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop with any potential issues. They were also gracious enough to let us check out late to allow us to complete our morning activity and not have to rush packing up early in the morning.”

“Very clean very nice home beach was very soft sand kids had absolute blast with everything. Highly recommend”

“Great property. We were there just for a weekend bike race in Hastings, but believe it would also be a fantastic summer getaway at the lake. House was clean and well furnished. Owners provided lots of little touches, showing their passion for their property and their guests. Would recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s cottage! We loved the beautiful view and all the amenities! Thank you for sharing your cottage!”

“Such a cute lil spot. Super clean, comfy bed. The pillows aren't good, but that's my literal only complaint. Great location, easy walking distance from a number of bars and restaurants.”

“This is a gem! This is RIGHT on the lake- gorgeous scenery all day! It was SO peaceful! The host was wonderful and made sure I was aware that there was no AC- which was in the information already. I thought that was extremely thoughtful! It didn’t mater- the weather was great, and there was a fan in the closet. This home was very clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. The only thing we were disappointed with is that we weren’t able to spend more time at the...
