Location provides easy access to Perth Foothills, Airports and the Perth CBD, as well as major shopping malls not too far away. Not the Ritz-Carlton but definitely rates highly for comfort, convenience and cleanliness.”

“Perfect location for an extended family get together. The pool was a great asset as were the pool table and table tennis. Very large living area ensured everyone had space to hang out. The shopping centre was within walking distance. Close to airport. Excellent communication with host. Will book again if we're back in Perth. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“The host Lee went above and beyond as we were there for a special occasion for our son’s wedding hosting the grooms party the night before Lee was so thoughtful and left us a beautiful card and a bottle of bubbles on arrival. . Great communication throughout easy process. The house was very impressive stunning views and exceptionally clean.. could not have found a better place to have spent quality time with everyone..Thankyou again for your great hospitality Lee..”

“Easy to follow instructions. Instruction easy to find. Both sent to and physical copies onsite.Immediate neighbor doesn't know what street parking is. Thinks she owns the street. Or is is some way entitled to the road infront of her property beyond driveway access. Could be a bit of an issue for guests to deal with. Bumped into her when I was leaving.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Gum Tree hideaway. Communications were great from start to finish making everything stress free. The cabin was perfect, well presented and with super soft bed linen. The kitchenette was kitted out with all we needed and a highlight was a good BBQ. We travelled with our dog and he liked exploring the area around the cabin. It was very peaceful with the sound of Carnaby cockatoos over head. The perfect little get away. I would happily stay again. ”
