“Staff is excellent”

“Clean large room. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.”

“Friendly staff”

“The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. The long bare hallway in the basement leading to the pool was so disturbing my granddaughter wouldn’t go swimming. There was no restaurant on site as advertised; however, they did have a breakfast buffet. The only highlight were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”

“The location was great. Room on the back side was quiet. The room had a powerful cleanser smell that we decided smelled mostly like clean cat litter. Breakfast was nothing special. Waffle was the only good hot food.”

“Very clean and nice staff!”

“Close to businesses. Great location”

“It was perfect.”

“pool didn't work but still had fun”

“For a quick last minute lodging it was OKAY. Found previous occupancy hair on one pillow. Previous occupancy personal used up shower items remaining in the shower. Floor surfaces were gross.”
