“Clean room”

“Ms Angela, Ashley and Breakfast Lady were Great however your cleaning staff not Friendly at all. They would not speak or say "excuse me" when coming off elevator just pushed pass the guests. You have a nice property but dog poop area right out front where sitting to enjoy scenery, No Sir. We enjoyed but a few of us were not happy with this property.”

“The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo.”

“Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run.”

“I usually don’t write reviews and I truly don’t mean to be so critical but this stay was truly scary and unsanitary. I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very kind, but there was nothing else positive about this stay. So for starters all “non smoking rooms” are on second floor(smoke rises). My scrubs for work smelled like I’d been smoking all night. The towels looked used with black finger prints on them. Apparently they wash them themselves rather than using a towels service. ...

“Do not stay here. The room door did not work, the staff was very rude and the air conditioner did not work. The rooms are old and it certainly does not meet the standard you would expect with the Hilton name attached. ”

While the hotel itself was just okay and could benefit from some repairs and updates, the staff mentioned that a complete renovation is planned soon, which is encouraging. “Staff was friendly. No elevator. Stair well very dirty. Room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Awful. Bugs in bathroom, paint peeling severely in bathroom. Only supplied coffee for one person, no coffee downstairs at breakfast. Only muffins availability for breakfast. For the cost of this room $124.00, Very disappointing! We will never stay at a Wyndham again property.”
