“Entire facility was clean. People were very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is a route to the smoking free dining area that is not through the smoke filled casino. ”

I've stayed in many hotels in the Bay Area that only had maid service every few days, and even getting fresh towels can be a hassle. At Baymont, the room was always spotless by lunchtime. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the heaters work great... which is a big deal on sub-freezing nights. This is now my first choice when staying in Susanville for work.”
