“one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again.”

“The Hotel and staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with a third party booking (Expedia), for the paid rates. Devon was able to adjudicate the rates and get us checked in. One of the hotel beds nearest the door was sinking in the middle.”

“We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. “When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed”
