“I loved my stay here, except for the bed, which was hard as a titanium hitchball on the back end of an Alaskan snowmobile. I Thought about sleeping on the floor but it looked too soft to get comfortable. It was like sleeping on a pool table that lost its felt. All joking aside, I would stay at this wonderful place again on a heartbeat, but I’m asking for a soft bed. Loved the experience.”

“Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. I wouldn't say it has a million dollar view (you have to walk to the road to see the million dollar view that is across the road). The only other issues were the bathtub drain - which drained VERY slowly; and two of the burners on the stovetop do not work. For the nightly rate, everything should be in tiptop shape. The upstairs beds were fairly comfortable and the mini splits did a great job of keeping the cabin cool. ”

“It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! ”

“The room was very aesthetic and cute! There were just a couple of things we didn’t like being no sugar or cream for our coffee, the tv in the bedroom was low and the walking space was small so I hit my head on it 3 times, and the last day we were there the shower didn’t get hot- we ran it for over 10 minutes and it never got hot. We really enjoyed the vibes and the mood setting lights. We wish the coffee shop downstairs had been available while we were there but we found another one close by!”

It is definitely tucked away and nestled beautifully in the mountain scape but still close enough to all of the nearby activities in the area. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit while we were there but I love that they not only supply your first bundle of firewood, but make the process of getting more firewood super convenient. “Really cute yurt. Great deck overlooking the river. Hot tub was hot and clean. Modern clean bathroom. The listing doesn’t mention a fridge but there is one. Firewood on site for purchase. We were very pleased with our stay. Only thing I would change is that the address listed cannot be found by google. I had to request a pin for location.”
