“What a delightful place to stay for 3 nights! A bonus was an upgrade to a Chalet. Friendly, helpful staff; nice kitchenette to prepare meals in; great location and views of visiting Roos outside; and great in-sight restaurant. ”

“It’s okay for a Motel, clean and tidy (had booked a deluxe room). Cutlery and a couple of plates are in a draw which we only noticed when we left. One more thing that would be nice to have would be a microwave which the room was lacking.”

“The unit was old and roomy. The bed was comfortable and warm. The down side was the bathroom, very small, hand basin was small with no room for toiletries and it was dirty or appeared to be due to age. Shower was good.”

“Clean room, appreciated the fact it was double brick with solid walls between rooms. We had a family room, and the metal bunk beds were a little noisy (squeaky) when the kids moved/rolled over. Our room was at the top of the stairs, so loud conversations from the entrance foyer carried up to our room (this continued until 1.30am). The room had a small fridge, a filled water jug and a kettle with tea/coffee facilities, as well as a bar heater to heat the room.”

“Stayed in a tent with en suite facilities. Quiet and easy walk to the beach, stars at night. Quite expensive for what it was but very little accommodation choice, pub in town does good food. Would have been better value for those set up for a self-catering trip as camp kitchen looked good and nice table and chairs outside.”

“Cottage was very inviting when we arrived during rain, fortunate to have a carport! Very spacious, well set up kitchen, lovely dining area, lounge and view to bush from bedroom. Bathroom area huge, a tad cold for us at shower time (open shower, no door/screen). No door to bedroom from bedroom if that bothers others. Unfortunately no wifi in cottage as advertised so this did hamper our stay a little. Pond very pleasant to walk around. Birdlife lovely in the area.”
