“Cute Cabin with extra room in the back for summers. We stayed in november so didn't use. Plenty of room for our dog to run around. And we quite enjoyed watching the cows with their babies in the back pasture. ”

“We arrived on a Friday evening to a quiet cabin. It backs up to a little babbling creek behind a screened in porch. Saturday we spent the day going to Broke Leg Falls which is beautiful and a short hike. We then drove around Cave Run Lake looking at the sites. We went back to the quietness of the cabin and enjoyed the afternoon. Dinner time came we took a 25 minute Drive to Morehead Kentucky and grabbed something to eat. Upon arriving Friday the host told me about Thunder over Big Woods...

“This was the perfect little cabin for our anniversary getaway. Had everything we needed for cooking at the cabin on the days we didn't want to venture out to eat. Houae was super clean and exactly like the listing! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area.”

“We were grateful there were two beds! But everything was very hodgepodge! The bed was terrible! There was very hot water and lots of pressure! The tub was clean and the refrigerator was new! With a little effort it could be very cute! We tried to call the contact to figure out where we were going as GPS wasn’t accurate! And the ladies voicemail was full! ”

“Enjoyed the property”

“My bf and our two dogs came to stay for the weekend for a much needed and overdue couple's weekend. The cabin is beautiful and clean. We had a blast fishing in the pond. The stars were beautiful at night. There was also a handy Little Bear Cabin folder with a list of local shops near by and we had a great time exploring the town. There was also a number on the fridge for firewood that could be delivered. We will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much - from the hot tub, to relaxing on the porch and enjoying the view (even in the dreary weather), to cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The cabin had everything we needed to relax for a few days. The weather was not in our favor so we weren’t able to take advantage of the fire pit/grill. Next time. ”

“The cabin is great, A/C kicks thank goodness! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We visited natural bridge and had pizza at the world famous Miguels pizza. Ms. Smanatha is great, her communications and instructions were very helpful, she was ALWAYS very quick to answer any questions and to check on us, thank you!”
