“My stay was okay. There is air conditioning, but it is window units. Everything was there the listing stated which was appreciated. The cleanliness was my issue. I understand it's a cabin in the woods but when I arrive there was garbage in both garbage cans. This makes me think it wasn't throughly cleaned prior to my arrival. As I walk through the house I find a dead roach and one dead wasp and one of each still alive. I reached out to the host with no response on that. I did have a problem with...

“Home was great. Extremely clean. Plenty of linens and all necessities. Only small complaints is the only air conditioner was in the living room. Both bedrooms stayed quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house. And there is plenty of room for parking and boat trailer, but the entrances could definitely be widened to accommodate trucks with trailers to get in and out easier. Overall, great stay.”

“Very nice, well kept cabin in a secluded location. Everything we needed was there including plenty of disposable items in case we forgot anything. The dog basket that had toys, bowls and waste bags was a nice touch. The bugs were pretty bad outside so bring plenty of bug spray. Dollar General and market within 20 minutes drive for anything you need. Very quiet area. The only issue we had was a minor issue with the door code upon check-in which was quickly resolved by a responsive host. Cell...

“The property was exactly as expected; clean and all the supplies were there (I.e. kitchen gadgets, coffee, creamer). We did rent the place to go hiking at Natural Bridge State Park and that was approximately a 1 hour drive. We would recommend this place to family.”

“Would definitely recommend. This place was just as described and was a really nice place to stay that fit the needs of our family. The one thing I wish was that it was a bit closer to the Red River Gorge attractions, but there weren't many places left when I booked our trip, so I was super happy to have snagged this one. All in all the almost 1 hour drive from the house down to the Gorge wasn't too bad and we got to drive through the Nada tunnel a few times.”

“We really enjoyed our stay it was great the only thing I would suggest is that some of the pictures are misleading cuz it suggests things are on the property that are not and the couch is a little uncomfortable but it is great other than that”

“This place has everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. Private location. Nice front porch for sitting; back deck with grill. Fire pit. Inside comfortable seating area with large screen TV; big collection of movie DVD'S. Second sitting area upstairs. Kitchen has what we needed to cook some good meals. Would definitely return for another stay.”
